Licensing Sub-Committee (Taxis)

Purpose of committee

Main responsibilities:

 

To consider and determine applications made in relation to taxi licensing matters, in accordance with the Council’s scheme of delegation. 

 

The Sub-Committee will take the form of a licensing hearing, and will be made up of three members of the Corporate Governance, Audit and Standards Committee who have received special training to enable them to consider taxi licencing matters.
