Licensing Sub-Committee (Alcohol and Entertainments)

Purpose of committee

The Licensing Sub-Committee (Alcohol and Entertainments) determines licence applications made under the Licensing Act 2003, and applications for licences and permits made under the Gambling Act 2005. This Sub-Committee takes the form of a licensing hearing and will be made up of three members of the Licensing and Corporate Business Committee who are trained to determine licensing matters.
