Purpose of committee

Main responsibilities:

 

To consider and determine licensing applications where such applications have a substantial impact on the area or there are significant objections.

 

To consider and determine licensing matters where the Head of Environmental Health and Housing considers it inappropriate to exercise his/her delegated powers.
