To consider the Executive Head of Operational Services’ Report No. OS2601 (copy attached) setting out details of an application for the review of a premises licence.

Decision:

The Sub-Committee determined to adjourn the hearing to ensure that all parties had the opportunity to fully review the late representations made by both the licence holder and the applicant. The new hearing date would be set by the licensing authority and confirmed in due course.
