To consider the Head of Operational Services’ Exempt Report No. OS2113 (copy attached) setting out details of an application for the review of a premises licence.

To modify the existing conditions of the licence.

The Sub-Committee considered that, on a balance of probabilities, the conditions should be modified in order to promote of the licensing objectives, namely the prevention of crime and disorder.
