Licensing Sub-Committee (Alcohol and Entertainments) - Wednesday, 14th October, 2026 10.00 am - Agenda and decisions

To consider the Executive Head of Operational Services’ Report No. OS2623 (copy attached), setting out details of an application for the review of a premises licence.

By unanimous agreement, to amend the conditions of the licence:

NEW CONDITIONS:

·       The Premises to which this licence relates to operate only as a restaurant.

·       Alcohol may be supplied on the premises only to persons who are taking a table meal there, or who have a booking and are waiting to do so.

AMENDED CONDITIONS:

·       To amend the hours for the provision of late-night refreshment on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a bank holiday to 23:00 to 00:00.

·       To amend the hours for the retail sale of alcohol on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a bank holiday to 12:00 noon to 23:30.

·       To amend the hours for all currently permitted regulated entertainment on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a bank holiday to 12:00 noon to 00:00.

·       Amendment of Condition 24 of Annex 2 to read “Children may be permitted into the premises attending for a table meal until 21:30pm on any day and must be accompanied by an adult.

·       Amendment of Condition 12 of Annex 2 to remove the reference to the security team.

·       To amend the opening hours of the premises on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding a bank holiday to 12:00 noon to 00:00.

·       Removal of the Annex 2 Conditions:

o   Condition 2 – refusal of entry policy and log

o   Condition 5 – Use of body worn video

o   Condition 9 – ID Scanner

o   Condition 10 – Door Supervisors

o   Condition 13 – Polycarbonate drinking vessels

o   Condition 21 – Dispersal Policy

o   Condition 22 – Ejections Policy

o   Condition 26 – Last Entry Time

·       Removal of the Annex 3 Condition:

o   Condition 1 – Re-entry Time
