DETERMINATION OF MOBILE HOMES FIT & PROPER PERSON APPLICATION FOR BROOKSIDE PARK, HAWLEY LANE, FARNBOROUGH To consider the Executive Head of Operations’ Exempt Report No. OS2414 (copy attached) regarding an application for mobile homes fit and proper person registration in respect of Brookside Park, Hawley Lane, Farnborough. Minutes: Prior to the commencement of the meeting, Members were informed that there were instances where the redaction process had mistakenly allowed the identification of four individuals who had made representations. The five Members of the Sub-Committee each confirmed that the individuals were not known to them and that they had had no contact with them. It was also clarified that some emails had circulated between Sub-Committee members and officers prior to the hearing. Copies of all of these contacts had been copied to the Legal Representative who confirmed that these were all concerning the process to be followed and none discussed the merits of the case. The Legal Representative did not, therefore, consider it necessary for these to be added to the agenda pack. It was confirmed that two exempt appendices had been added to the agenda pack in respect of video footage that had been submitted and had been viewed by the Sub-Committee and extra information relating to the marketing of a property at Brookside Park that had been requested by the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee went on to discuss the merits of the case and took into account all of the information provided in the agenda pack. It was agreed that Preliminary Decision Notices in respect of each of the applicants would be prepared and sent to the applicants, in accordance with the agreed procedure. These would set out the Sub-Committee’s decisions and reasons. |
