The Royal Staff, No.37A Mount Pleasant Road, Aldershot - Application No. 25/00209/FULPP Minutes: The Committee considered the Executive Head of Property and Growth’s Report No. PG2528 regarding the change of use of public house (sui generis) to a day nursery (use class E(f)) and demolition of rear outbuilding at No. 37A Mount Pleasant Road, Aldershot. RESOLVED: That (i) Condition 5 of the recommendation be amended to include reference to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that order); and (ii)
the Executive Head of Property and Growth, in
consultation with the Chair, be authorised to GRANT planning permission,
subject to the Executive Head of Property and Growth and the Chair being
satisfied that the marketing materials provided demonstrate that the asking
price for the Public House was reasonable. |
