Land to the Rear of No. 105 Park Road, Farnborough - Application No. 24/00644/FULPP Minutes: The Committee considered the Executive Head of Property and Growth’s Report No. PG2529 regarding the erection of a one bedroom flat with parking below following demolition of garages at Land to the Rear of No. 105 Park Road, Farnborough. RESOLVED: That (i) Condition 3 of the recommendation be amended to include reference to glazed screening being used; (ii) Condition 5 of the recommendation be amended to include that parking spaces shall not be used for storage including caravans, boats or trailers; and (iii) the Executive Head of Property and Growth, in consultation with the Chair, be authorised to GRANT planning permission. |
