Minutes: The Committee received the Executive Head of Property and Growth’s Report No. PG2410 regarding Planning Application No 23/00019/FULPP – Hippodrome House, Birchett Road, Aldershot. It was advised that, in consultation with the Chairman, the requirements of the Committee on 22 March 2023, had been resolved satisfactorily and despite the lapsed extension of time to resolve the requirements, it would be neither expedient or serve any useful purpose to refuse permission and as such planning permission was granted.
