2. DETERMINATION OF APPLICATION FOR A RESTRICTED PRIVATE HIRE DRIVERS LICENCE

To consider the Executive Head of Operational Services’ Exempt Report No. OS2514 (copy attached) in respect of an application for a restricted private hire drivers licence.

Decision:

1. To refuse to grant a private hire driver’s licence to the Applicant.

 

2. The Sub-Committee’s decision is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Rushmoor Borough Council’s Taxi Licensing Policy, and the relevant guidance and statutory standards from the Department for Transport.
