2. DETERMINATION OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF A COMPLAINT CONCERNING A PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER

To consider the Executive Head of Operational Services’ Exempt Report No. OS2412 (copy attached) in respect of the outcome of an investigation by the Licensing Authority into a complaint concerning a licensed private hire driver.

Decision:

To revoke the driver’s private hire driver’s licence.
