2. DETERMINATION OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN FOLLOWING INVESTIGATION OF A COMPLAINT CONCERNING A PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER

To consider the Executive Head of Operational Services’ Exempt Report No. OS2315 (copy attached) in respect of the outcome of an investigation by the Licensing Authority into a complaint concerning a licensed private hire driver.

Decision:

The decision of the Sub-Committee was to issue Mr Darby Allen with a warning as to his future conduct.
