DETERMINATION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE REVIEW OF A PREMISES LICENCE IN RESPECT OF NO. 89 WHETSTONE ROAD, FARNBOROUGH

To consider the Head of Operational Services’ Exempt Report No. OS2308 (copy attached) setting out details of an application for the review of a premises licence.

Decision:

To grant the application, allowing the licence to continue, with the existing conditions to the licence, and with the addition to Annex 3 of that licence of the conditions set out at pages 33 to 36 of Exempt Report No. OS2308. This includes a requirement for CCTV coverage of the front of the shop, the side of the shop, the area behind the shop and the interior of the shop.
